2022 Vendor Information
Thank you to all of our vendors - We are looking forward to seeing you all at the event! Please read below for all of the details you need, and let us know if you have any questions.

Saturday, July 16
Vendor set up 7:00 am – 9:30 am – Please note, all vehicles will be required to be off premises by 9:30. We ask that vendors have completed set up by the event start.
Event runs 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Vendors will not be allowed to break down early.

Vendors will enter at the back gate (see map below). Parking is available across the street and at City Hall. We will reserve the spaces immediately in front of the park as handicap spaces (placard/sticker required). You can drive into the park to set up, but will need to have all vehicles removed by 9:30. There will be no shuttle service this year between the City Hall and the park. Please be sure to allow yourself enough time to set up within the timelines above.

What should I bring?
We provide the 10x10 space only. We suggest that you bring a tent, table, and anything you’d like to bring that showcases your business. Give event attendees a reason to stop by and say hi!
Food and Drinks
We have some amazing food vendors joining us – Plan to visit one of them for lunch or a snack. Otherwise you may want to bring water, since it's usually a warm day.
We will have music and live entertainment throughout the day on the main stage. We’ll have a variety of children’s activities and our annual pie eating contest!
Vendor Space Assignment
Vendor spaces are preassigned. When you arrive to set up, we’ll direct you to your pre-marked vendor space.
Please be aware there is no solicitation allowed outside of your paid vendor space.
